Matthew Weigold – (Darby)
is a member of The National Youth Theatre (NYT) and The Lamproom Youth Theatre Ensemble (LYTE’s). He has recently performed in ‘God Save The Teen’ for NYT in Trafalgar Square and in cabaret before Edward, The Earl of Wessex, in St James’ Palace.
Matthew is no stranger to the local theatre scene, having performed regularly since the age of 4 throughout the region. He appeared as Darby in the ‘Sparkies’ premier presentaion at the Lamproom Theatre in 2004 and won the adjudicator’s award at the Wakefield Drama Festival in the same year. Currently studying drama at Exeter University.
